• How can I become a customer?

    It is enough to choose a package and submit a request for connection: either through web page available here, by email or phone call (info here), or in person in our Customer Center. We will do technical feasibility check and contact you to sign the contract.

  • Are there any additional costs for connection?

    No. During promotional period installation cost and Wi-Fi router are free of charge for all our customers.

  • I am subtenant in the apartment. Can I become a customer?

    Yes. You just need to provide consent from the apartment owner. Consent is required in case that we need to lead the fiber optic cable inside of the apartment. You will be the contractual party, and in case that you move to another location, we will migrate the equipment there, if there are technical possibilities.

  • Do I need to sign a 2 year contract?

    No. You are choosing the contract duration. It can be 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. We appreciate your commitment and depending on the chosen duration you will get benefits. Also, we are offering you connection without commitment.

  • How do i know if your network is available in my area?
